1. Data we collect

Account details: your name, email address and, if you choose, phone number.

Learning records: courses you enrol in, lessons completed, quiz answers and scores, study plans and certificates issued.

Messages you send us through the Help Centre or partnership forms.

Payment records for paid courses, processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in times.

2. How we use it

To provide your account, courses, progress tracking, quizzes and certificates.

To create AI study plans and course suggestions when you ask for them. Only the course, progress and quiz information needed is sent to our AI provider; we do not send your email address or phone number.

To answer your messages and to keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.

3. Lawful basis

We process your data to perform our agreement with you (providing courses), to meet legal obligations (for example financial records), and where you have given consent (for example optional marketing, which we do not send without your agreement).

4. Sharing

We use trusted service providers for hosting, sign-in, AI features and payments. They may process data only on our instructions.

Certificate verification pages show only the certificate number, learner name, course title, issue date and score.

If you join through a school or organisation, we share only the progress information agreed with that organisation.

5. Keeping and deleting data

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion from My account. Some records, such as payment records, may be kept for as long as the law requires.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to some uses, or withdraw consent. Contact support@futureai.com.ng. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

7. Security

Access to learner data is restricted by role, administrator accounts require an authenticator app, and data is encrypted in transit.
