Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you have completed less than 25% of the course's required lessons and have not received a certificate for it.

Payments charged in error or more than once for the same course are always refunded.

2. How to request

Send a message through the Help Centre with the topic “Payments”, including the email on your account and your payment reference.

3. What happens next

We aim to reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider, and course access is removed.

4. Sponsored places

Places paid for by a school, employer or partner follow the agreement with that organisation.
